the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to reschedule the game, as December 27 is the death anniversary of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who was assassinated in 2007.The BCCI announced the move Saturday. The rest of the itinerary for Pakistan’s tour, which also features three one-day internationals, remains unchanged.The tour commences with the opening Twenty20 game at Bangalore on Dec. 25. The three one-dayers will be held in Chennai on Dec. 30, Kolkata on Jan. 3 and New Delhi on Jan. 6.This will be the first bilateral series between the two neighbors since Pakistan’s tour of India in November 2007.
The PCB said Pakistan summoned the former captain and all round Shoaib Malik to the national team to tour Zimbabwe next month. Included Malik comes after safety (PCB) of the Pakistan Cricket Board Committee cleared him of any wrong doing last week after an investigation of its funds. "The King is still a lot left in the game of cricket it and it is good to see him fit to play for Pakistan again," Waqar coach Younis.Malik (29 years), who played 32 Tests and 192 international matches for one day did not represent his country since the loss of nine wickets in the the second test against England in Birmingham a ago.He led Pakistan in 2007-2009 in early before the house was fired after a series loss to Sri Lanka and Pakistan will play one test and three one-day international and two Twenty20 matches against Zimbabwe.
